Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how free trials, subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds work for Autotum’s SaaS plans. It applies to subscriptions purchased directly through Autotum and processed by our billing provider. Effective September 1, 2026.
1. Free Trial
Eligible Autotum plans may include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial. You will not be charged when the trial starts. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription will automatically begin and the applicable subscription fee will be charged.
2. Subscription Renewals
Autotum subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing cycle you select, unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Applicable taxes may be added by our billing provider.
3. Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your Autotum subscription at any time through the billing controls available in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals.
If you have already paid for the current billing period, your subscription will remain active until the end of that paid period. Amounts already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where a billing error, duplicate charge, or similar issue has occurred.
If you cancel during an eligible free trial before the trial ends, you will not be charged the first subscription fee.
4. Refunds
Subscription fees that have already been charged are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where Autotum determines that a refund is appropriate due to a billing error, duplicate charge, or similar issue.
Cancelling during the free-trial period before the first charge means you will not be charged for the subscription.
5. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription fees are charged for the full annual billing period. Cancelling an annual subscription prevents the next annual renewal but does not ordinarily result in a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current billing period, except where required by law.
6. Payment Issues
If a payment fails, Autotum or its billing provider may retry the payment and may restrict or suspend access in accordance with our Terms of Service. Any applicable grace period will be communicated through the service where available.
7. Billing Provider
Autotum subscription payments are processed by third-party billing providers, including Paddle. Refunds, where approved, may be processed through the original payment method and may be subject to the billing provider’s processing times.
8. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
9. Contact Information
For billing, cancellation, or refund questions, contact Autotum at support@autotum.com or through the contact information provided on the Autotum marketing website.
